As engineers, John and Nasir kept meeting businesses that had bought into the AI hype expensive tools, ambitious pilots, big promises and had almost nothing to show for it. The technology was real, but the results weren't. Somewhere between the sales deck and the day-to-day work, the value kept getting lost.
So they started zPROx with a different philosophy: lead with the business problem, not the buzzword. Instead of selling AI for its own sake, the focus is on finding where it genuinely creates value and being honest when it doesn't. The right solution is the one that fits how a team already works, ships into the systems they already run, and pays for itself in time saved or revenue earned.
That engineer-first, business-first approach still drives everything we do. John leads the vision and client partnerships; Nasir leads the technology and engineering.
